This Privacy Policy refers to your personal data, which Mayvision EOOD collects in order to provide you with services ("Services") according to its business.
We apply a personal data protection policy both for data collected by us through our website www.mayvision.eu, our Facebook page - Mayvision Real estate, Instagram-mayvision.eu, sites where we offer, and through forms of paper, filled in personally by you or your representative, through email correspondence, conclusion of a contract or other methods permitted by law to collect personal data.

In such cases, data may be provided, for example, to the National Revenue Agency, Executive Agency "Main Labor Inspection", law enforcement and other public authorities, in view of their powers and competence. The information is not stored outside the EU and the European Economic Area.
The administrator ensures the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data during the entire period of their storage, which is determined according to the requirements of labor legislation: 50 years for payrolls, 3 years for sick leaves, 5 years after termination of the employment relationship for the employment file, 6 months for documents of job applicants with whom no employment contract has been concluded.
